1. Description

  

SG-3000 series PDLC Smart Glass / EVA / PVB Glass Laminating Machines are the professional equipments to produce laminated glass without autoclave. You can insert the silk, paper, plastic film, metal mesh, fibre, patterned cloth, printed polyester and other materials into flat glass sheets to produce various decorative and functional laminated glass, which could be used for building, fitment, industrial uses etc. And also it can produce various functional glass, such as the PDLC switchable glass, burglarproof glass, etc.  SG-3000 design has solved many problems and difficulties based on decade experience, such as polluted glass by excessive adhesive, asymmetrical heating and low production but high energy consume, etc.

The glass laminating machine is equipped with multilayer vacuum beds, and each bed is able to put double units so that the production capacity is double times than normal oven. It has the characteristic of short time for heating up and cooling down, even temperature, low costs and low power consume.
